Privacy Policy
DRAFT — accurate to how the app works, but review/finalise (and confirm the legal entity name) before publishing. This reflects a frontend-only app that runs inside monday and operates no external servers.
Who we are
StatusTrail (“the App”) is provided by Lucas REYGROBELLET (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@statustrail.io.
The short version
StatusTrail runs entirely inside monday.com in your browser. It reads your board data to calculate time-in-status reports and stores those calculations in monday's own app storage. We operate no servers of our own, and your board data never leaves monday's infrastructure. We do not sell data, and we do not use it for advertising.
What the App accesses
- Board data (read-only). Under monday's
boards:readpermission, the App reads item names, status columns, status-change history (activity logs) and subitems on the boards where you use it — solely to compute your reports. It never modifies your boards. - Account context. monday provides the App with basic context (board id, the current user's id and timezone, your subscription tier) so it can display and gate features correctly.
What we store, and where
To make reports fast and to build history over time, the App saves its computed status-duration
data using monday's built-in app storage (the monday.storage service). That data lives
within monday's infrastructure under your account — not on any server we control. We keep no
separate copy.
What we do NOT collect
- No analytics, tracking pixels, cookies, or third-party trackers.
- No transfer of your board data to us or to any third party.
- No special-category or payment data — billing is handled entirely by monday.com.
Sub-processors
The App is hosted on monday.com's own app CDN and uses monday.com's storage. monday.com is therefore the sole processor of data handled by the App. See monday.com's privacy policy for how they process data on their platform.
Data retention & deletion
Computed report data persists in monday's app storage while the App is installed. When you uninstall the App, monday removes its app storage for your account; any residual App data is permanently deleted within 10 days, in line with monday's marketplace requirements. You can also request deletion at any time via the contact email above.
Your rights
Because we hold no independent copy of your data, requests to access, correct or delete data are generally fulfilled through monday.com. We will assist with any request sent to the contact email and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (including the GDPR where it applies).
Changes
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date will change and material updates will be noted on this page.
