1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the StatusTrail app (“the App”) provided by Lucas REYGROBELLET (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. The App is distributed through the monday.com marketplace and your use is also subject to monday.com's terms.
2. The service
The App is a read-only analytics view that calculates time-in-status, cycle-time and related metrics from your monday.com board data. It runs inside monday.com and does not modify your boards.
3. Plans, billing & trials
The App offers a free plan and paid plans. All billing, invoicing, taxes, upgrades, downgrades and refunds are handled by monday.com under monday.com's billing terms; we do not process payments. Paid plans include a free trial as shown at purchase. Feature availability depends on your plan.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it beyond what the law permits, or use it to access data you are not authorised to access within your monday.com account.
5. Accuracy & availability
The App computes metrics from the history monday.com makes available; where history is limited by your monday.com plan, results are marked as lower bounds. We work to keep the App accurate and available but provide it “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the App's reports. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for it in the three months before the claim.
7. Changes & termination
We may update the App and these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date. You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time. We may suspend the App for violations of these Terms.
